Personal Journey

Clients come to me with as varied concerns as there are people. Some are seeking to know what their purpose is on the Earth. Some are experiencing troubling symptoms of a physical or emotional nature such as depression, anger, loneliness, or anxiety. Whatever the challenge, what is the same is the healing that is possible when we hold our life within the context of purification — the process of asking the Divine to heal all that is not love and light within us, and receiving the gifts of light and love from the higher realms to assist in that healing.

Clients report feeling lighter and happier, able to work with life’s challenges in a new way — to hold them with the Divine — and to no longer feel alone.

Couple’s Journey

Relationship is a gift — a profound opportunity to feel the depth of our love for one another as well as to purify all that is in the way of that love. Our partners call to us to be our best selves, so that we can share with them the love we truly hold in our heart of hearts for them. But what often comes out in our relationships is not our best selves. We start out that way, falling in love, sharing with each other our joy, our light, and our open heart. But as we live together day to day we begin to experience what isn’t love in our partners and we react to that with what isn’t light in ourselves. This is part of the spiritual plan for us to heal and allows us a deep and profound opportunity for love if we choose to learn from what we are going through. 

I work with couples through deep listening, holding the container of this spiritual perspective. As we begin each session with a five-minute guided meditation, it brings all of us into a deeper space where true healing can begin. We do not focus on “he/she said this,” for that is getting lost in the weeds. Instead, we go right to our deepest heart — what is at the root of the challenge, asking how to bring love and light to those challenges to dissolve them in the grace of love.

Clients report greater intimacy and connection in just a few sessions. Whether the ultimate decision is to remain together experiencing deeper connection or to change the nature of the relationship, the context is always one of being held in the arms of the Divine.

Parenting Journey

The gift of being a parent is profound. Our children come to us with so many gifts, yet often they are also deeply challenging. I work with parents at all levels, supporting them to hold limits and create sacred family structures, but also to hold the perspective of the holy nature of this lifelong bond and to go inside to understand through their own inner guidance what God is asking of them to support the soul of their child. This isn’t an easy task, but it is deeply rewarding. I bring to this path my own experience raising two children in a sacred context. There is no failure in this journey, only lessons. No perfection, but much that is perfect for the healing of all to come into greater oneness as a family and as individuals within the whole.

Caregiver Support & End-of-Life Journey

Death is a birth. It is an end and it is a beginning. I walk with you as you take this journey for yourself or holding the hand of your loved one. There is nothing more sacred, more profound, and at times more challenging than this path. I have been there for two of my beloveds and I believe that there is much healing that can happen no matter how difficult or painful the relationships have been in life. Through deep listening, guided meditation, and support, I will walk with you as you walk on this path, asking for the support of the Realms of Light and your guides to assist in finding the most peace possible along the way.
