Personal Journey

Clients come to me with as varied concerns as there are people. Some are seeking to know what their purpose is on the Earth. Some are experiencing troubling symptoms of a physical or emotional nature such as depression, anger, loneliness, or anxiety. Whatever the challenge, what is the same is the healing that is possible when we hold our life within the context of purification — the process of asking the Divine to heal all that is not love and light within us, and learn to receive the gifts of light and love from the Higher Realms and the Angels to assist in that healing.

In this time of the pandemic, anxiety is especially great. There is helplessness in the face of the unknown and so much that we can’t control. Many of us are experiencing increased demands on our time and it can feel overwhelming. Having a time to connect deeply with yourself and receive the loving support and one on one attention from someone one hundred percent focused on supporting you in your healing, can be a lifesaver. I help you through deep listening and meditation, guiding you to connect to your own inner truth and what your inner self knows is right for you moment to moment.

This time is a challenging one, but it is also a profound opportunity for growth. You can learn to work with the anxiety and panic attacks or the energies of deep depression that push on your heart and make it hard to breathe. These energies are not you. They are going through you. And if you are sensitive they can also be from those around you and from the challenges of the world at large.

I have 30 years of experience working with these energies and helping others to learn how to work with them as well so that they can be released into the greater light that is available at this time. So that you can breathe again and be at peace — even in times of great distress.
